This site http://www.dpt.go.th/download/PW/house_model/framehome.html  (link updated 27/4/09, it keeps moving) which contains lots of totally FREE designs for houses that can be built in Thailand. Unfortunately :-

• The site is only in Thai

• The CD download section is a mess

I've gathered together the design data for all the houses that foreigners are likely to build (I've not included the row-houses) together in one place, zipped together for easy download.

Please help yourself.

Click on an image for a larger view, if you like what you see click the "download" link to get a full set of pre-approved drawings, ready to give to your builder. After that you're on your own.
