The land is very low lying so we needed to add Landfill

The Saga Begins

 

Before you can build a house you'll need some land. The Land as it was when we originally saw it, complete with "For Sale" sign.

 

 

Since we've added a not inconsiderable amount of landfill at a not inconsiderable cost we need a Retaining Wall to keep it all from washing away in the rains.

 

And, of course, we will need something to build. Having located these free plans Thai House Plans on the net courtesy of Mr Taxin Shinawatra the Missus decided that a modified No. 27  would be just the ticket.
